Important Information... Prices are Changing

Unfortunately, with the price of gas and materials going up, we are needing to change our prices.  We are very sorry about this, but we cannot pay for supplies and gas without raising our prices too.  The cost of materials for the houses will go up from $2500 to $2750.   The price per person will also go up from $420 for adults 13 and up to $445 and children 5-12 will be $222.50.  Children 4 and under are still FREE.  A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due in our office with the application 40 days prior to the scheduled trip.  This is very important so that we may buy supplies that we need for the trip and reserve rooms in enough time.  The balance for the individuals, which is less the deposit, is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the trip.  Money for the houses is due 30 days prior to the trip.  We need to order the wood in advance so that is it sitting on site when your group arrives.
